Converze / Legal
Terms and conditions
These terms cover use of the Converze website. They are not a project agreement.
Using this website
Converze is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 96791171, at Keizersgracht 127, 1015 CJ Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Converze presents design, software, AI agent and creative production services. Examples, generated suggestions and saved briefs do not place an order or authorise project work. Optional calling, proposal generation and enquiry submission are separate steps. Their controls explain when information leaves your browser. An email link opens a draft in your own email app.
Agreeing a project
Work starts only after Converze and the client agree scope, deliverables, fees, payment, timetable, review and responsibilities in writing. Subscriptions, third-party costs and ongoing support must be written down. The contracting party is named in that agreement.
Changes to scope or timing are agreed in writing, including their effect on fees and delivery. Cancellation, termination and work already done follow that agreement and applicable law. These website terms set no cancellation fee or minimum commitment.
Examples and AI output
Semmy and Jules are AI agents. Their faces and voices are AI-generated likenesses. Recorded guides are distinct from a live conversation. Prepared examples are labelled; they are not evidence of a completed client project.
AI output can be wrong. Check a call summary, proposal or draft before using it. A proposed workspace, app, agent or report is a starting point for review. Feasibility, access, scope and costs must be agreed before building. Trying an example does not connect your accounts, contact your customers or approve work.
Materials and intellectual property
You need the rights to materials and instructions you provide. Ownership, permitted use, source files and licences are set in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, media and other assets can have their own licence terms. Looking at an example does not transfer ownership.
Confidentiality and personal data
The project agreement defines how confidential information is handled. Where personal data is processed for a client, the parties set their roles and any data processing agreement before work starts. The Privacy page describes the website's intake and analytics features.
Responsibility
These terms do not limit liability or add a warranty. A project agreement can set responsibilities for the actual work. Nothing here removes a right that the law does not allow to be removed.
Law and contact
Use of this website is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. These terms do not choose a court. A project is governed by its written agreement.
