Begin with the result you need
The intake and first report give the conversation a starting point. Choose the direction worth exploring, then work through the details that affect delivery: the users, required tools, review owner and constraints. Your priorities shape the proposal.
Separate setup from ongoing work
Setup might include designing an interface, configuring an agreed workflow or connecting a supported system. Ongoing work might include maintaining that software, handling agreed support requests or reviewing its operation. The proposal should say which activities belong to each part and what your team will handle.
Make the costs readable
Converze uses proposal-based pricing. Compare the setup charge, recurring service fee and usage costs separately. Ask what usage is included, what can vary and how additional work is approved. A useful proposal states the assumptions behind the price so you can see what would change the estimate.
Agree the terms before starting
Review the deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance checks, service arrangements, duration and cancellation terms together. Confirm ownership and access to the relevant accounts and project material. Starting a subscription follows an agreed offer; choosing a direction in the workspace is preparation for that decision.
Keep the agreement visible as the work develops
Use the workspace to keep the plan, documents and decisions together. When a requirement changes, assess its effect on cost and delivery before adding it to the work. A recurring service needs a clear operating scope and a way to agree improvements.
Choose the support your work actually needs
A small website project and an agent-assisted operations workflow may need different ongoing arrangements. Start with the responsibilities you want help with. The Plans area leads back to the approach and the conversation needed to make an offer concrete.
