Start with the work

A new website, an application or an agent starts with the same question: what needs to work better? A useful brief captures your goal, a recent example and the things you want to preserve. Those details should travel with the project.

Choose how to begin

The intake offers two starting points: follow Semmy’s recorded guidance or write the brief at your own pace. Both routes lead to a review of your answers. You can check what you have said before moving on.

Open the report
