Choose the records and tools each agent can access.
Semmy finds the opening. Jules follows up, with the account history and what was agreed in view.
Choose a situation and follow the work from Semmy to Jules, then your review.
Fictional business example. No message is sent and no account is connected.
An agent needs the right information and a way to reach your team. We agree which channels and tools it can use, and what it can do in each.
Channels are agreed and tested for your setup. WhatsApp and Telegram require the relevant account, connection and permissions. The examples on this page do not send messages.
You choose where an agent can act on its own and where a person reviews the work. We define those boundaries, test the handoff and keep the setup under review.
Choose the records and tools each agent can access.
Agree the messages, updates and follow-ups it can carry out.
Keep the decisions that need your judgement with your team.
A handoff carries relevant records and the actions allowed by your working agreement. Credentials and unrelated customer history stay outside the task. Access rules and permissions must be verified for each connected setup.
Feedback can inform a reviewed change to a business-specific working rule. This example does not train a model or run a live Jules learning loop. Private storage alone does not prevent selected context reaching configured model providers; provider terms, retention and processing locations belong in the deployment agreement.
A deployment record dated 20 October 2026 documents Fable 5.1, Gemini 4 Argon and Grok 4.7. The Semmy foundation also documents versioned working agreements, scoped capabilities, human takeover and observations linked to completed work.
Those are specific foundations. The Semmy and Jules scenes on these pages illustrate the intended service; they do not demonstrate a live Jules deployment or every connected workflow.
Historical evidence, not a statement of current live model usage.
Review the outcome, identify a useful correction and version the agreed change. That can improve instructions, context selection and workflow rules for the next task. New models are evaluated for the job before adoption.
Improvement does not require a model to retrain itself on customer conversations. Reusing private customer history elsewhere is a separate decision, not an automatic part of the process.
Agree the records each role may access, what it may do and which decisions come back to you. Credentials stay in server-side secret storage. A selected task summary should carry the relevant context, without unrelated conversations or passwords.
A private database is only one part of the setup. Selected context may be processed by configured AI providers. Access policies, retention, processing locations and provider terms need to be checked for your deployment.
Database access controls ↗For your setup, review the data flow, record-access tests, action permissions and provider settings. A redacted work record can show the input sources, model identity, draft version and decision. These are the checks that support a specific claim.
Detailed operating prompts, routing methods, private evaluation sets and customer records remain internal. This page explains the architecture without exposing those materials or claiming a security certification.
